Refund policy

RETURN POLICY: Eligible items that are unworn/unwashed, with all tags attached, & footwear in the original box with all packaging, may be returned back to us for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the day they were purchased in-store or delivered to you. 

If you shopped in store you will have 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange your items, or return for store credit.

Please note - we do not offer price adjustments. If a flash sale begins or last chance items are added to our sale section, we cannot make price adjustments if said items were previously purchased.

You can mail back items, or you can bring them to our location at 2-1340 Great Northern Road, Sault Ste. Marie, ON, P6B 0B3 (AFTER you have emailed us and received a Return Authorization email).

We do not offer refunds (unless item received is damaged). 

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:

Christmas Gifts purchased after November 11th, are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 8th with the tags attached. If gift was purchased in-store the customer must have the gift receipt that would have been given at time of purchase. If gift was purchased online it must be added in the notes at checkout that it is a gift. If one of these two requirements are not met the item will be considered a regular sale and must follow our 14 day return policy above. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Lingerie, swimwear, shoes, earrings, apothecary and sale items are all exempt from being returned. Additionally, gift certificates are non-refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return an item, the cost of return shipping will be the customers' responsibility. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for shipping items back to Krush. We will not pay for the return shipping. To send back your item first email us at krushssm@outlook.com. Following this, if the exchange or credit note is granted, you can ship the item to:

If you are shipping an item over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Which Items are Final Sale?

We CANNOT take back an item that has been worn, even if it has been worn for a short amount of time. Any items that have been worn cannot be returned.


FINAL SALE items that can’t be returned include:
- All items in our “SALE” section including any warehouse sale sections
- Items discounted over 30% off during sales
- Hair Accessories + Hats
- Jewelry
- Belts
- Swimwear

- Bodysuits, Tights, Nylons & all intimates
- Cosmetics & all skincare products/tools including self tanning products
- Gift Certificates

- Shoes

Above items are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.
